Funding Rules

How the drawdown limit works: If you have a €50,000 funded account, then 7% of that is €3,500. If your equity goes lower than €46,500 then your account will be locked as you reached the max drawdown limit. But you have the ability to purchase extended drawdown or upgrade your current package.

1. Capital Disbursements
1.1 Traders on Chronnix-funded accounts receive 50% of all profits generated through their trades using company-provided capital.
1.2 There are two ways to request a payout:
- Trader of the Week: Each week, we select the most consistent or profitable trader and give them early access to a payout. This approach rewards top performance and helps traders get paid faster. If you stand out, you’ll get rewarded immediately.
- Scheduled Monthly Payouts: Traders may also request a profit withdrawal once per month, for the previous month’s gains. Requests can be submitted from the 1st of each month, and payouts are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that there must be at least 5 days between each request and you must meet the profit target.
1.3 Note: The maximum payout amount per funded account is $20,000 monthly.
2. Profit Milestones & Scaling
2.1 Chronnix's dynamic growth system allows traders to scale their accounts to higher levels — up to $5M — without limitations on lot sizing or news event trading. This includes a professional scale-up structure with realistic drawdown protection.
2.2 Each stage begins with your initial funded amount. As you achieve specific targets — like 10% profit (or 20% for $100K+ accounts) — your balance increases. The scale-up depends on your performance, with no barriers to growth.
3. Drawdown Policy
3.1 Chronnix simplifies risk control by applying a fixed maximum drawdown to each funded account.
3.2 Unlike floating models, our static drawdown remains consistent throughout each phase of the program.
3.3 For example: If you start with a $10,000 funded account, your overall drawdown is $500 (5%). This is calculated based on your starting balance or the scaled-up amount — whichever applies.
4. Trading Restrictions
4.1 Traders must close all open trades before the weekend to preserve capital and avoid liquidity-related risk. Any accounts with open trades past Friday market close will be flagged and may be suspended.
4.2 Additionally, to maintain a healthy risk profile, no more than 25% of your total profit can come from a single instrument.
4.3 ✅ However, there are no restrictions on lot size, trading during news events, or overnight holding.
5. Available Instruments
5.1 We provide access to high-quality markets, including classic and digital currencies, derivatives on indices, and commodities such as gold and oil.
5.2 Our instrument list may change from time to time, depending on liquidity, leverage, and broker conditions.
5.3 Chronnix continuously optimizes the product offering to ensure trader success — if certain assets are not actively used, they may be removed.
6. Expert Advisors & Automation
6.1 Chronnix allows the use of EAs or trade copying tools strictly for mirroring your own trades.
6.2 Use of third-party bots, signal mirroring from others, or mass automation that manipulates spread/liquidity will result in disqualification.
6.3 We are planning to offer a built-in automated system in the near future for approved strategies.
7. Risk & Account Security
7.1 After signing up, you'll receive account credentials within 1–2 hours. Accounts remain read-only until KYC verification is complete.
7.2 Changes to account details are not allowed and may result in suspension.
7.3 Chronnix wants you to be the trader — not a copier. External bots and signal mirroring are not allowed. We can detect and monitor this activity using system identifiers.
7.4 All accounts are monitored to ensure fair rule compliance.
7.5 KYC is fully automated and accessible via your profile. Once approved, you can begin trading immediately.
8. Loss Policy
8.1 Chronnix traders are not liable for losses on company capital.
8.2 Still, we strongly encourage sound risk management and discipline — this ensures you stay active, consistent, and profitable over time.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Once trading begins, no refunds will be issued.
9.2 However, if you haven’t placed any trades after registration, you may be eligible for a full refund of your access fee.
10. Account Security & Trading Behavior
10.1 You are fully responsible for protecting your login credentials.
10.2 Chronnix does not restore access to accounts compromised due to external sharing, unauthorized copying, or third-party use. Contact support immediately if you suspect a breach.
10.3 Unacceptable trading methods include:
- • Gap arbitrage
- • Latency arbitrage
- • Long/short arbitrage
- • Reverse arbitrage
- • Opposite account mirroring
- • Platform inefficiency exploitation
10.4 Repeat violations will result in termination.
11. Inactivity Policy
11.1 Accounts that remain inactive for 30 consecutive days will be automatically breached.
11.2 If you plan to take a break, let us know within 10 days of the breach — otherwise, your account will be permanently suspended.
11.3 This helps us avoid stagnant, abandoned accounts and ensures an active, fair trading ecosystem.
